We are taking the following steps to ensure that TRAC is best positioned to ensure uninterrupted service for our customers:
- TRAC has robust business continuity plans in place in order to ensure the same level of service excellence and equipment quality our customers have come to expect from us;
- Our field operations remain operational. In addition, our office employees are equipped to seamlessly support our customers and service partners via phone or email in a secure and productive environment, while working remotely;
- Following guidance from health experts, TRAC is implementing all necessary measures to regularly clean and disinfect our locations and service vehicles daily;
- TRAC has worked with authorities where stay-at-home or similar orders have been issued to designate our services as “essential” so that we may continue our operations as part of the critical supply chain. We continue to work closely with our network of start/stop locations and depots to support the intermodal community.
