Open an Account
Thank you for your interest in TRAC’s industry-leading marine chassis pools. To book a chassis at one of TRAC’s pools, you first need to register with TRAC. Please follow the steps below to complete the registration process:
Step 1. Open a TRAC Connect Account
To register with TRAC Intermodal, complete the ” Create an Account form on TRAC Connect, our online customer portal.
Step 2. Complete Your Company Profile
Once you activate your account, please log in to TRAC Connect to complete your company profile, including your company’s physical and billing address, contact details, and operating areas. You will be prompted to accept the interchange agreement and provide proof of insurance (Click here to view TRAC Intermodal’s insurance requirements). You can view TRAC’s Terms and Conditions on the TRAC Connect website.
Step 3. Registration Approval
Once you complete the company registration form, a TRAC Intermodal representative will process your information and respond within 1-2 business days.
Step 4. Book a Chassis Through EZBOOK
Approved users can book bare chassis using EZ-Book, TRAC Intermodal’s online chassis reservation system.
