Princeton, N.J., October 25, 2017 – TRAC Intermodal, the nation’s leading intermodal Pool Manager and Chassis Supplier, announced today that it has entered into an agreement to sell its domestic chassis fleet and related customer contracts and hosting agreements to Direct ChassisLink Inc. (DCLI). TRAC Intermodal expects the transaction to close in January 2018, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approval.
TRAC Intermodal will continue to own and manage their industry leading Marine intermodal business which has a broad operating footprint of over 600 marine locations, an active fleet of over 177,000 chassis, 9 TRAC Neutral Pools, 60 depot locations and 8 TRAC Service Centers.
