Hamburg Sud announced that it will stop providing chassis to shippers moving cargo with merchant’s haulage through Baltimore-area terminals and depots as of May 1st. Baltimore is the second port where Hamburg Sud has stopped providing chassis. They stopped providing chassis in Philadelphia terminals as of February 1st.
